£325k Three-Bed Home Filled With Rubbish
A three-bed terraced property in Lancing, West Sussex has been described by an estate agent as offering ‘good size plot and would benefit from being modernised’, and has been listed for a rather pricey £325,000. However, you might need to bring along some bin bags and a broom to a viewing.
The Mirror reports that the end-of-terrace freehold property is completely filled with rubbish, and photos show piles of clothes and assorted random decor cluttering every room in the house.
The estate agents’ photos advertising the property expose it for looking like a landfill site, which suggests that there hadn’t been time to give it a clear-out before the promo photos were taken.
Almost every surface in the kitchen and bathroom is covered in clutter, and other rooms have been overtaken by piles of clothes, toys, and stacks of board games. However, the property certainly doesn’t lack character, and the living room, despite an unmade sofa and overflowing rubbish bin, has a portrait of Star Wars’ Yoda.
Untidy, this house is, the Master Jedi might exclaim.
The property also has a garden and patio, but it won’t surprise anyone to learn that it is rather overgrown.
Estate agent Robert Luff & Co said: “We are delighted to offer to market this end of terrace home, ideally situated in this favoured location with local schools, mainline station, the beach and Lancing village centre all just a short walk away.
“Accommodation offers living room, kitchen, three bedrooms and family bathroom. This property offers a good size plot and would benefit from being modernised to its full potential. Other benefits include garage en-bloc and good size rear garden.”
